Forum Asian Realty Income III is
Forum Partners' third investment vehicle aimed at private and
listed real estate operating companies located throughout Asia. The
Fund continues Forum's strategy of investing across a portfolio
company's capital structure through privately-negotiated structured
debt and equity securities. The Fund closed on US$373 million of
capital commitments from a global mix of new and returning
investors.
