InfraRed Capital Partners is an independent real estate and infrastructure fund management business. The business dates from 1990 when, as part of Charterhouse Bank, it began investing equity in real estate, focusing largely on management-intensive retail and light industrial properties. In 1997, activities were extended to infrastructure investment. Following its acquisition by HSBC in 2000, the business grew into a global private equity real estate and infrastructure platform with offices and operations in London, Hong Kong, Paris, New York and Sydney.
